Jill Means – Principal Designer
Jill has been a graphic designer for over 15 years. In 2010, she began designing for a few clients in the stationery industry and became obsessed with it. In 2011 Jill collaborated with other stationery-obsessed designers and started Brightside Prints. Jill graduated from Brigham Young University with a BFA in Graphic Design. She lives in Lodi, California with her husband, Scott and five children ages 7-16.
Lesa Abney – Paper Nest by Lesa
Lesa spends her days working from home as a custom stationery designer. Most of her inspiration comes from stepping away from the computer & partaking in her favorite activities, which involve good food (often cooked by her husband), wine (often consumed with her husband) & TCU football (her UT husband wants no part of this). She has small town roots but enjoys the perks of living in the city.
Sarah Brown – Banter & Charm / Belletristics
Sarah is a designer, small business owner, and typography enthusiast from southwest Michigan. She runs two online stationery shops, Banter & Charm and Belletristics. In addition to her own sites, Sarah’s work can also be found at the following online retailers: Minted, MyPublisher, and Kimberly Fitzsimons.
Yolanda Maria Chendak – Yolanda Mariak Chendak
Yolanda is a designer who is enthusiastic about all things paper, crazy about anything retro and has a serious crush on European design. Although her career has mainly been in advertising and marketing she has always been passionate about stationery design. She believes all life’s celebrations should start out with beautiful stationery.
Cheer Up Cherup – Cheer Up Press
Cheer Up Cherup was born out of a love for good design, beautiful colors and handcrafted paper goods. Alaina studied graphic design in college and later spent four years in the advertising industry before finally deciding to become a full-time invitation designer. Alaina lives in the heart of Ohio with her wonderful husband and two crazy puppy dogs.
Lauren Chism - Palm Papers Stationery
Lauren Chism is a stationery designer based in Dallas,Texas. With a ‘less is more’ approach to design, her aesthetic is clean and elegant, with a focus on beautiful type and luxurious paper. Lauren credits her success to Minted and the talented (and kind) design community. Just a boring accountant when she began, she now runs her studio full time and is loving every minute.
Kerry Doyle – Paper Dahlia
Paper Dahlia is a small design studio that specializes in lovely wedding stationery and adorable birth announcements. She is inspired by color, typography, nature, her family – and lots of dark chocolate!.
Jill Ellis believes that happiness is a paper-goods store. Her love of design often drives her to stay up late at night, immersed in either Illustrator or her sketch book while working on new ideas. She lives on the West Coast with her husband and their children.
Ann Gardner – Ringleader Paper Co.
It all started years ago with crayons and colorforms… Ann is a graphic designer who draws inspiration from history, travel, and nature. She loves designing pieces for important celebrations and ‘just because’ events and hopes the art of letter writing never dies. Creativity has many forms, and as a classically trained pastry chef she also loves designing with chocolate.
Hannah Sharpless Graff – hannahcloud DESIGN
Hannah is a stay at home mom, dog-walker, freelance graphic designer, trustee of the phenomenal organization The Food Project, and a curious gal who admires aesthetically pleasing things of all kinds.
Hailey Myziuk – Snow & Ivy
Hailey graduated from Central Michigan University with a BFA in Graphic Design. Hailey initially worked as a designer for Adagio Graphics in Michigan before moving to Brooklyn, New York where she started her career as freelance designer in print & web design, and children’s illustration. “When I’m not at my desk, I love taking trips to the park, making ice cream (mango is my current favorite), or playing with my cat (who thinks she’s a dog) – Mucha – named after my favorite art-nouveau artist, Alphonse Mucha.”!
Ashley Peterson – 2birdstone
Ashley graduated college with a BA in Fine Art after realizing chemistry and calculus was not her calling. After various jobs at an art gallery and stumbling through self-taught graphics programs, she took a junior design position at a candy company where she gained real-world design and pre-press skills. While planning her wedding she fell head over heels in love with stationery design. Since the big day she’s never looked back.
Renee Pulve – Smudge Design
Established in 2003, Renee started Smudge Design as a freelance graphic design business. It has since grown into a full time career that allows her to fulfill the need to create and inspire. Being a huge pet lover, she decided to name the business after her beloved pug “Smudge” (8/1996-6/2011).
Danielle Tvetan has always had a love of art and great design. In 2009 she graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a degree in graphic design. She loves stationery design and describes her aesthetic as simple and modern. She is having fun working from home while she raises her new baby boy, Ty.
Wendy Van Ryn – Wendy Van Ryn Design
Wendy started freelancing in 2005, after working for an advertising agency and designing for a commercial real estate firm. In 2011, she decided to focus on her growing passion for stationery. She has sold items to Minted, IndigoPrints, MyPublisher, and Brightside Prints.
Jana was born and raised in the heart of Europe – the Czech Republic. After graduating she moved to Canada and worked as a designer for Canada’s largest sporting goods retailer in their web and print studios for nine years. She says she developed a love for stationery design after creating her daughter’s birth announcement.
Katie Wahn – Wahn Design
With a background in both fine arts and graphic design, Katie Wahn has been working as a graphic designer for the past 12 years. She is inspired by children’s book illustrations and anything vintage. Her passion lies in marrying old with new–creating something with both a vintage flair and a modern twist.
Emily was born and raised in the suburbs of Salt Lake City, Utah running around in the mountains and snowboarding. Since studying Renaissance and Contemporary art in Italy and graduating from the BFA program at Weber State University, she has been showing her paintings at the Blonde Grizzly in Salt Lake City and the R&R Gallery in Los Angeles. Her work is inspired by music, places, stories and imagination.

Jessica is a wife and mum who adores all things paper. She’s drawn to both modern and retro styles, and loves to help people celebrate their special occasions through her designs.
